Great staff. Nice hotel

The room was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just ok. There was a bar and pool outside that no one used during my stay. The area is safe and Kumasi Mall is a short walk away where there are many food and drink options, etc. it was around a 20-25 minute taxi ride to the Kejetia area and palace and museums.

My stay was excellent. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless — thanks in large part to the amazing front desk manager, Eunice. Eunice is truly a gem. Her warm smile, welcoming attitude, and genuine dedication to making guests feel comfortable set the tone for my entire stay. She handled my check-in with outstanding professionalism, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout my stay, she remained just as attentive — always ready to assist, always cheerful, and always going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy. Her delightful personality paired with exceptional customer service made a remarkable difference. It’s rare to come across someone who blends friendliness, competence, and hospitality so effortlessly. Eunice is, without a doubt, one of the biggest assets to Macoba Apartments. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — but the service I received, especially from Eunice, is what will make me return and recommend Macoba Apartments to anyone visiting Kumasi.
